October 16, second angle. Street lights have
been
taken out. Traffic police control the intersection.
If you remember the two story inside of the old O'Brien's restaurant, then you will not recognize it as of October 4. The second floor will be used as a camera platform to shoot the action below.
This view is looking from the back of building out towards Main
St. The crew is creating the inside of the Bank. They have added a special
flooring for the movie. The crew laid down six inches of hard packed sand covered by plywood to hold the weight of the vehicles that will
come crashing through the Main St windows and into the bank.
The October 6 picture below will give you more details on the
special flooring inside. Behind the two step ladders you will see a raised
(hard to see) floor. Ramps will be placed from the street to this
entrance. According to the crew, the ramp will cause the Humvees to fly
through the air as they break into the front of the building. Stay tuned
for more up-date next week.
